Fresh Dill and Yogurt Topped Salmon Fillets
Ingredients
- Salt to sprinkle over fillets
- ½ cup fresh dill, finely chopped
- ¼ cup red onion or shallot, finely diced
- ¾ cup full fat Greek yogurt
- 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- ½ Tbsp honey
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- 4-6 salmon fillets
Instructions
Pat dry fillets and sprinkle with salt. Mix all remaining ingredients together in a bowl and spread over the fillets. Bake at 400 until internal temp reaches 145, about 15 minutes. Transfer to plate immediately to stop cooking.
